Our Douffles
A Douffle (A Donut - Waffle Fusion) that we created to combine the fun size of a donut hole with the light fluffy texture of a waffle, we make our waffles on a Japanese waffle maker in our kitchen facility. Then we glaze them fresh on the truck, then drizzle them and topped with things like cereal, fruit, candy, nuts, sprinkles, etc. Comes in three different sizes:
Fun Size (Three Donut Balls),
Middle Man (Five Donut Balls),
Fully Committed (Seven Donut Balls).

What's a Douffle?
A douffle is a waffle - donut mix that are formed into balls with a special commercial Japanese waffle maker and put on a stick.
How Long Have You Been Going?
We started back in 2020 under a different name and product. We've changed a considerable amount over the last few years and hope to continue growing.
Why The Name "Glazzed and Drizzled?"
We chose this name because of our Douffles and our desserts. So, we wanted to find a name that encapsulates our business. Glazzed is for the Douffles because we glaze them fresh on the truck and Drizzled is for the desserts we make for our dessert catering and mobile bakery.
And yes we spelled "Glazzed" with 2 "z's" mainly for a play on words, and for future trademarking of our company. (Trademarks are specific about having the same name and spelling of another business so we wanted to be sure we could secure a trademark in the future if the need ever arises.)
